Amanda trained at South Florida Ballet from the age of 4 – 18. For college, she was accepted to study at The Juilliard School in New York City. While at South Florida Ballet she performed lead roles in The Nutcracker, and competed in dance competitions including the prestigious Youth American Grand Prix, where she was offered a summer dance scholarship with Orlando Ballet. She attended summer ballet intensives with The Rock School and Orlando Ballet. Amanda attended New World School of the Arts High School for their Dance Magnet. In 2018, Amanda graduated from The Juilliard School with the Martha Hill award and a career opportunity grant to continue pursuing her passions in dance. She has regularly integrated her knowledge of anatomy and the human body to help promote inclusive educational outreach programs in El Salvador, Botswana, and New York City. In 2019, she became a member of Wonderbound, a contemporary ballet company based in Denver, Colorado. Recently, she has decided to return to school to become a Clinical Mental Health Counselor to provide mental health services to future artists.
Amanda Bouza
